The Wisp was a bright "super-star" when he first came on the scenes in the pages of Amazing Spider-Man with his different powers and the circumstances he used them under...He was first influenced in a criminal way by the mad scientist Jonas Harrow in the beginning but has since begun to turn things around as he has even joined the group known as the Outlaws. |

He has been involved in a umber of great Spider-Man stories including the multi-part Mutated Tarantula story in Amazing Spider-Man #234-236 ...Plus Will O' The Wisp sought revenge on Jonas Harrow in the pages of Spectacular Spider-Man #235 & 236...He has not been seen since his appearances in the Spider-Man annuals in 1991 when he was part of the group of former villains, the Outlaws. |
