Powers: Kron has all the powers of Spider-Man, such as super strength and agility but more enhanced. He can also shoot strands of alien substance in the form of "webbing" and can turn his moleucles into a watery substance as his skin is malleable in nature and can shape-shift. Origin: Kron Stone has always been a spoiled brat since his childhood being born to a rich and powerful father...He was very dangerous from the start and even knew young Miguel O' Hara since their school days when Kron tried to kill him or at least brutally harm him...He received his powers after Punisher 2099 tossed Kron into a sewer where he came into contact with the alien mutation looking for a human host and thereby becoming the next incarnation of Venom. |

It must have took alot of restraint by the creators to not rush out a Venom 2099 character soon after the Spider-Man 2099 series began, but it was well worth it!...Very sinister looking and with incredible powers very similar to that of the Venom of 100 years earlier, he easily rose to the top of Spider-Man 2099's list of enemies...He was taken care of pretty quickly in the series as Miguel (Spider-Man 2099) learned something shocking: Venom 2099 was his half-brother Kron Stone!...Kron was last seen contained by Miguel in the pages of Spider-Man 2099 #41...Also remember to take a look at those well-written back-up features spot-lighting a young Miguel O' Hara where he and the readers first meet a young Kron Stone. |
