| Kraven the Hunter's obsession with hunting down Spider-Man grew quickly in even their earliest of meetings...Kraven even joined The Sinister Six in trying to defeat Spider-Man, as would his son a number of years later...Kraven was a great foe for Spider-Man and is always in any top 10 list of Spidey villains...He has appeared in just about every Spider-Man title and just about all of them are classics! |  |

Spectacular Spider-Man had an appearance by the great hunter just into its second issue in which he appeared with the Tarantula...He has teamed up with other villains such as The Gibbon, Lightmaster, and was close friends with the Chameleon...He also appeared in many other comics before his untimely demise. |

Amazing Spider-Man #294...The end of a six part story entitled Kraven's Last Hunt ended in him taking his own life with a bullet...His appearances haven't diminished though as Spider-Man is hounded by his Ghost from time to time and has a son pop up from time to time to continue his legacy as can be seen from The Grim Hunter and Kraven II. |
