While Hydro-Man was one of the main bad guys in the Limited Series: Deadly Foes Of Spider-Man, he became somewhat of a secondary villain in Spidey's rogues gallery...Eventually, Hydro-Man goes up against Sandman again and is slowly becoming one of Spidey's greater enemies, but not in the top class just yet...His most recent appearance has been in Peter Parker Spider-Man Annual 2000 against Spidey and the Black Cat. |
