Name: Kurt Wagner Relatives: Eric Wagner, Father...Ravon Darkholme (Mystique), Mother...Graydon Creed, Half-Brother. Affiliates: X-Men (New) & Excalibur. Major Enemies: Magneto, Hellfire Club, Juggernaut, Arcade, Marauders, Sentinels, and basically every X-Men & Excalibur villain. Powers: Mutant power to Teleport himself, limited mass including his clothing to any point within a 3 mile radius...He also is an excellent hand to hand combatant as well as a great acrobat and swordsman. Origin: Kurt was born a mutant and worked in a Carnival in Germany until Professor Charles Xavier discovered him and invited him to join his "New" X-Men...The rest is history! |

Spider-Man Appearances: Met: Amazing Spider-Man #161...Also Amazing Spider-Man #162...Marvel Team-Up #53, 89 & Annual #1...Fantastic Four #250
The 1st meeting between Spidey & Nightcrawler was in Amazing #161....Nightcrawler got so popular that he received his own 4-issue Mini-Series set aside from the X-Men...Spider-Man and Nightcrawler go up against Arcade in Marvel Team-Up #89 in their only team-up in that series...Since then, Nightcrawler joins Excalibur which eventually disbanded and since he re-joined the X-Men. |
